Bought a phone with accessories from the website. Called 3 times. Never got a call back. It's been a month. The online cust. service forum is the only place I've had interaction with them and they said they'd get the phone out to me asap with free 2 day shipping. Looked on the online listing for my phone and it doesn't exist anymore.
The sad thing is that I've bought from them numerous times and am a returning customer.
I will not buy from them anymore.
