This buyer placed an order on my web site for an item, for $649.99, he paid me via paypal, then the very same day, he files a claim of non delivery, resulting in Paypal freezing my account so I can not access the funds to ship the item he ordered. Paypal requires for the investigation, proof of shipping, the shipping fee which includes insurance is included in the price. I have to print, outside of Paypal because my account is limited, the label with insurance, at a cost of $66.00, provide the tracking number to Paypal, after 3 weeks, they refund the buyers money. My bank account is overdrawn because I had to pay for and print this label that I now cannot use.

This buyer placed an order on a Friday of the Columbus Day 3 day weekend, he emailed me several times while I am not at work, I'm taking a 3 day break, because I don't respond to him, he claims non delivery. See the above, same exact details.

This user also did the same thing as the first buyer.
Please note, Paypal Seller Protection only applies to VERIFIED BUSINESSES, which I am. I have to ship the item within 7 days to be protected, these orders were all processed on 10-14-09, Labels were printed to be sent on 10-22-09, tracking information was supplied. I complied with every requirement to get my account unlimited on 10-14-09. It has been 3 weeks, Paypal refunded the money, even though I pointed out that these Buyers all VIOLATED their Terms of Use.
The Buyer must allow time for the order to be delivered, Paypal states 30 days, which is required under FEDERAL LAW regarding online orders. 2 of the buyers filed non delivery claim the same day they ordered the item.
Once again, Paypal offers NO Seller Protection.
FYI, I was involved in the Class Action Lawsuit against Paypal, and I was awarded $861.18 on 26 July 2006, however since my mailing address had changed, I did not receive the check until February 15 2008, the check is void after 180 days. Paypal has never paid me this money.
