I joined a company called workathomecoach,com Ithought by the look of the website that all I had to pay was £14.99 . However after I had given all my details and my bank card no tye company took £145. I was horrified as I could not afford this amount,My bank informed me that I could not stop the payment through them but had to request refund from company.When I tried to contact them by email I was informed that I had to ring their office.they gave me a phone number 18772917129 but this does not work I just get a continuous beep.I dont know if this is the type of thing you deal with but I sincerely hope you can help me.
